INPROVO members are organizations that represent the branches of production and industries of packaging, manufacturing and marketing of eggs. They are:

The Members of INPROVO split in the two branches of the organisation (each one with a 50% representation) as follows:

Government bodies are:

• General Assembly: it is the sovereign body of decision-making, in which all the members of INPROVO are represented. The Assembly members have equal representation from both sides of the interbranch (production and marketing/industry).
• Council: It is the body of implementation of the decisions of the Assembly. It takes also other decisions defined in the Rules for the Council. Its members have equal representation from both sides of the interbranch (production and marketing/industry).

• Chairman: Represents the interbranch organisation and its mandate is for two years. At each renewal is elected a chairman of a different part of the interbranch.
• Director: It is in charge of planning and control daily activities of the Organization, according to the instructions, agreements and mandates of thegovernment bodies and the chairman.

The Chairman of Inprovo is Mr. Medin de Vega Ferreras and Ms. María del Mar Fernández Poza is the Director.

There are several working groups in INPROVO that are advisory bodies in different matters (production, quality, foreign trade...)
