The Interprofessional Egg and Egg Products Organisation (INPROVO) is made up of Spanish representative companies working on the egg industry. INPROVO represents and defends the egg sector in Spain and works for improving production, industrialisation and trading. INPROVO makes binding decisions on inner regulations that are the key for the good running of the sector. 

Inprovo was established on 2nd September 1997 and it was accepted as agricultural and food interprofessional organisation by the Food, Fish and Agriculture Department of Spain on 30th June 1998 according to Ley 38/1994 reguladora de las Organizaciones Interprofesionales Agroalimentarias (law 38/1994 ruling interprofessional organizations of food and agriculture).

The President of Inprovo is Mr. Jorge Abad Larriba and the managing director is Ms. María del Mar Fernández.
