INPROVO represents and defends the egg sector in Spain
and works for improving production, industrialisation and
trading. INPROVO makes binding decisions on inner regulations
that are the key for the good running of the sector. It develops
the following activities to reach its aims:
- Improve the knowledge, effectiveness and transparency
of the market, the distribution and the consumers’ trend.
Supervise all the companies in the sector, respect the loyal
competence and establish inner mechanisms of regulation.
- Improve the quality of products and processes involved
in the food and agricultural line, monitoring the process
from production until the final consumer.
- Promote research and development to boost innovation processes
in the sector.
- Spread the knowledge about eggs and dairy products. Analyse
problems related to the food line and contribute to its
better organisation.
- Promote actions to make accessible the right information
to consumers. Create a public image of the sector and explain
effectively the profit that it offers to society, especially
to consumers.
- Adaptation of products to the market demands.
- Writing and proposal of the standard contract of eggs
and dairy products and, in case, promote the required means
to control it.
To reach these aims, INPROVO keeps permanent collaboration
with the Agricultural Department and it also collaborates
with private associations and the Public Administration in
matters related to the sector. INPROVO is a member of the
European Union of Wholesale on Eggs and Poultry (EUWEP) and
of the International Egg Commission (IEC). |
